Charles is the other founding partner of RLA. He has spent over 30 years working within the oil and shipping sectors, 20 of which have been as project manager or senior consultant. Charles works on all aspects of RLA's business, but has particular responsibility for consulting and retainer fee services in the crude oil, petroleum and gas transportation sectors. He is also actively involved in the running of the business.

Bill was formerly the Chief of Staff to a US Senator, and now acts as strategic advisor on US national and international policies. He regularly assists Clients in areas of trade and transportation policies, international education and business marketing, policy research analysis and strategic planning. Bill's area of expertise is public affairs representation and the development of national policies, which have an impact on US and international businesses.
